What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?”  Romans 8:31

Someone today needs to be reminded that God is on your side, on the battlefield. Everyday there is a battle brewing. Trust me it’s there all around you. Some of you may have peace within you, but the storm is all around you. The enemy has you surrounded.  The  battle is raging on the left and on the right but God wants to remind  you today that He is for you.  Yes, it may appear as if things are not  going in your favor. It may appear as if your prayers are not really  being answered.  James 3:16 But God has promised deliverance.

It may appear that the enemy is gaining grounds but  look not at what you see but look at what God says.  Believe what God  says.  The Psalmist said When I cry unto thee, then shall mine enemies turn back: this I know; for God is for me.”  Psalm 56:9  As long as you are trusting God and really abiding in Him, you can be assured that God is for you.

Someone got up this morning with the thought of going to work to a stressful place. On the job there is stress, pressure, confusion, jealousy, and injustice.  For some of you it’s your boss, co-workers, or others.  While there are those who at the  end of a work day do not look forward to going home due to turmoil and the strife, the verbal or physical abuse that resides in a place that should be a place of rest and peace. Yet, your home is a place of unrest, turmoil, sadness and loliness.

Spiritual Inspiration

Marital  problems, family confusion, financial stress, mental pressures of society are overwhelming you. Is it a sickness that has surfaced from the unknown? Whatever, it may be that stresses you give it to God. For others it may be your landlord, or if you’re a landlord your tenants. Or perhaps you are battling with the church leaders and your Pastor. Perhaps you’re in a marriage that exist only on paper. What do I mean? It means you live like strangers, like divorce people. Or just maybe you’re in a marriage with a cheating spouse. God is deliverer and Savior.

Today be encouraged for Christ is with you. Someone is planting traps for you at this very moment. It could be a person disguised as a friend coming against you. They stick around to find out your pattern or what they can use against you. But have no fear. Bitterness, envy, and jealousy lead to nothing but EVIL. Confusion is always at work in our lives and around us.  2 Timothy 4:18 “And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and  will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever  and ever. Amen.” Be encouraged, God is for you.

Are you one that has tried to make peace with your family?  You have even let things slide for the sake of peace? I have. The more I tried to be a peacemaker the more war seem to be breaking out around me. I cried out to the Lord over the family division and confusion. Maybe you are being falsely accused and your pure  motives are being misjudged while your words are being twisted. I have had this happen because people smile on the surface, but they will use what they can to destroy you.

God revenges, so don’t lose your peace, or revenge another.

But don’t be worried, or threatened by those who come against you. Scripture says for us to  “Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he  shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.”   Psalm 55:22  There is hope in God.  God knows how to deliver you.  He  knows how to turn situations around and cause “The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner.”  Psalm 118:22   Don’t for one moment think that you are in this alone.  God is for you.

People will get concerned when you get quiet and you’re at peace. It will bother them to the point that they will keep you distracted with their devises. Stay quiet before God. If that means shutting them out. God comes first and He surely wouldn’t reject to you rejecting confusion and strife. Be blessed today and may you digest what’s been placed in my heart to outpour to those who will receive it. In Jesus name.

I live in peace knowing that you can only do to me what God allows. So this tells me to just keep faith and trust Him, and I will pass the test. Glory to God in the highest praise. Lord, keep me near the cross where I lay me down.
